We are pleased to invite you for the Selection Process as per the following schedule:

Date:  10th Sep 2006

Time: 3:30 PM

Venue: CHITKARA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY,
           Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway,
           Village-Jansla, Rajpura (Punjab).

Further, please note the following:

Eligibility guidelines:

1. 60% in your B.E./B.Tech/MCA and you should be 2006 passout.

2. You should not have gone through our selection process in the last 6 months.

In case, you do not meet any of the above criteria, we request you to please ignore this invite.

3. Please bring the following documents as a mandate on the day of the test:

a. A copy of this invitation mail- This is a computer generated mail and any duplication of the same needs to be avoided. (We will allow admission, on the day of the process, to the candidates as per our Registration Sheet
only. Hence, please do not extend this invite to others).
b. A copy of your resume
c. Two recent passport size photographs
d. 2 or 3 Pencils and an Eraser (as this is a paper pencil test).
e. Photo ID Card (any original photo-identity such as Identity card issued by your college, Credit card with photograph, Electoral Card, Driving License or Passport).

Result of the test will be declared on chitkara.edu.in on 11th Sep 2006 after 9:00 PM.

The date of GD and interview shall be displayed for the test shortlisted candidates on 11th Sep 2006 (Monday) after 9:00 PM on chitkara.edu.in.
